Kwanghee has a long oval face. His eyes and the upper section of his face are smaller in size as opposed to his nose and jaw. He also got plastic surgery on his face.

Hwang Kwang-hee talked about his plastic surgery


Kwang-hee has had a lot of cosmetic surgery, he also suggested the right time for surgery. He said the safest moment was during the autumn so he figured that around the autumn the wound would heal even better and not get infected. He revealed that every cosmetic procedure he has undergone is for improving his looks.

In 2012, Kwang-hee stated in an episode of KBS2 TV’s 1 vs 100 that besides his forehead (to make it more circular and to have an epilation), his nose, and his chin, he still had his eyes surgery. He said that he fixed almost everything on his face. He was worried about a few other sections he’d like to patch, but he didn’t have time and he was determined to avoid doing further surgery.


In 2019, in an episode of Cool Kids, he showed the parts of his face that had been changed by surgery. He admitted that he had undergone multiple treatments for his nose, chin, and forehead. He admitted to having silicone implants in his forehead, nose, and jaw.
