Rest In Peace, Seo Min-Woo

Earlier this year, following the sad news from Shinee’s Jonghyun’s death, another star just went back to sky. Seo Min-woo, the leader of boy-group 100% was found dead in his home. According to Top his agency, Min-woo officially died of cardiac arrest at his home in the Gangnam district of Seoul, South Korea.  The first respondents found him without any pulse and declared him dead.

According to www.heart.org, Min-Woo experienced “sudden cardiac arrest”, which “occurs suddenly and often without warning. It is triggered by an electrical malfunction in the heart that causes an irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia). With its pumping action disrupted, the heart cannot pump blood to the brain, lungs and other organs.”

Seo Min-woo was only 33, and was not known to be dealing with health issues prior to his death, which is why his death shocked everyone.

Top Media, which was founded by Shinhwa’s Andy Lee, released this statement in their website:

“His family, the 100% members, and the TOP Media artists and staff members are all grief-stricken and in mourning from the unexpected, sad news.”

Some fans were also seen mourning for him at his funeral. It was a devastating sight to see.
