Memories of the Alhambra (알함브라 궁전의 추억)

Memories of The Alhambra tells the story of Yoo Jin-woo (played by Hyun Bin), CEO of an investment company, who is talented, has sharp business instincts,  and is adventurous and competitive. He hates to lose a bet, even if it’s small. Unfortunately, he struggles after being betrayed by a friend.

Yoo Jin-woo made a business trip to Granada, Spain, and while there he stayed at an old hostel run by Jung He-joo (played by Park Shin-hye). During that trip, he was caught in a strange situation. The story begins at a castle in Alhambra in Granada, Spain, where the  investment company CEO stays in a low-budget hotel which is owned by an ex-guitarist. Many unexpected things happen while he’s there, and it changes his life. Besides Hyun Bin and Park Shin Hye, Memories of The Alhambra is also features EXO’s Chanyeol. Chanyeol plays Jung Se-chae, Jung He-Joo’s younger brother. Jung Se-chae is a genius programmer, who lives in his own world. Shooting began in May, 2018, in Spain, and the show airs on tvN with the 1st episode in September, 2018. The drama was written by Song Jae-jung and directed by Ahn Gil-ho.
