Luhan, a Chinese singer/actor and also a former member of the South Korean boy group called EXO, shocked many of his fans by an announcement made through his Weibo account. In October 2017, on his Weibo account, he posted information introducing his new girlfriend, his Sweet Combat co-star Guan Xiao Tong (also known as Traey Miley).

Luhan publicly introduced Xiao Tong to his fans by writing, “Hello everyone, I’m introducing my girlfriend to everyone.” Not long after, he posted to Xiao Tong who then replied with a heart shaped emoji and posted a photo of them posing together. The couple seemed very well suited in the snap as the actress was dressed in a simple t-shirt while covering her face and leaning on Luhan, who was in a white beanie and a matching hoodie.

Let’s Get To Know Guan Xiao Tong

Guan Xiao Tong who was born in Beijing, 17 September 1997, is a Chinese actress. Guan was born in a family of well-known actors in Beijing. Her dad, Guan Shaoceng, was an actor, and her grandfather, also an actor, played in the Beijing traditional drama titled Qinshu. She was born in a family well known for their acting skills, so her passion for the arts had started very early on in her childhood.

Since she was young, she loved dancing and playing the piano. When she was six years old, she made her debut in acting when she started filming with her father. She first joined the filming of Nuan at the age of four. Nuan is a movie adapted from a short story, written by Mo Yan, The White Dog and the Swing. The film garnered positive response from both China and Japan. The same year, she starred in Electric Shadows.

Her popularity increased when she starred in the 2014 television series May December Love, that received high ratings in China. She also acted in One Servant of Two Masters, which brought her the Best Supporting Actress award at the Hengdian Film and TV Festival of China. After the airing of these dramas, Guan was dubbed as the “Nation’s Daughter” by the Chinese media.

In 2015, Guan starred in the coming-of-age film titled The Left Ear and won the Best Prospect award at the inaugural Gold Aries Award held by Macau International Movie Festival. The same year, she also released her first solo album, Eighteen.

During April 2016, she released a photo showing her score from the Beijing Film Academy‘s interview, getting first place with a score of 90,41. She also released a video showing her dancing in a performance for the same interview, which also received high praise. In the same exact year, Guan starred in the family drama Papa Can You Hear Me Sing, a remake of the classic Taiwanese movie with the same title. She then joined the cast of the romantic drama titled To Be A Better Man.

Both dramas received outstanding ratings in China, and after that, Guan won the Best Supporting Actress award at the Shanghai Television Festival for her performance in To Be a Better Man. She also starred in her first adult leading role in the fantasy drama Novoland: Castle in the Sky, when she was 19 years old, and won the Best Actress award at the 7th Macau International Television Festival for her performance.

In 2018, Guan headlined the historical romantic drama Untouchable Lovers, as well as the sports romantic comedy series Sweet Combat. This is where she met Luhan, as a co-star in Sweet Combat; a teenage drama, where Luhan and Xiao Tong’s characters meet and fall in love while attending a sports school.
