Top Five AKMU Best Songs
1. AKMU – 200%
“200%” was released in 2014 as part of the album Play. This song was chosen as AKMU’s first song to appear on the album. Play reached the number one spot on the Gaon Charts and debuted at number two on Billboard’s US World Album Chart. The music video for “200%” was released April 7 along with the digital album.
“200%” showed the early talent of the Lee siblings. The song is easy to listen to, cute, youthful, romantic, and a pop song that matches AKMU’s age. Meanwhile, the Lees’ vocal clarity increases the perfection of this song.

“Melted” is a part of the album Play as well, which of course was released in 2014. It was composed and arranged by Chan Yuk while he was just 18. “Melted” has a deep meaning that carries you away when you hear it. It’s beautiful, yet at the same time it’s a heartbreaking ballad about growing up in a cold world.
3. AKMU – Galaxy
Galaxy, wanna take a walk with me? Wanna cross the twinkling Milky Way and hold hands and walk with me?~~
As usual, Akdong Musician presents another beautiful melody in Galaxy. It’s easy listening and has a sweet melody, which is cool to the ears and very light. The song leaves the listeners in a good mood. Galaxy is a part of the Play album as well, and was released and composed for a Samsung S4 commercial.
4. AKMU – ‘RE-BYE’
“Re-Bye” was released in 2016 and is an incredible song. Taking a jazzy approach, Re-Bye melded AKMU’s quirky sense of melody with new inspirations. AKMU has proven themselves to be musicians that produce high-quality work, and have been able to develop their own stylistic direction and articulation. The duo has great vocal chemistry, and while the music video didn’t really match the lyrics, there was still a narrative story that captured the audience’s attention.
5. AKMU – How People Move
“Re-Bye” appeared on the album Spring, along with the delightful song “How People Move.” With this song, the duo improves their artistry and doesn’t disappoint their listeners.
