Lee Ha-na is a South Korean actress. Her debut on the small screen was in a commercial for KTF’s “umbrella service” in 2005. In the following year, she made an acting debut in the drama Alone in Love, a drama famous for its subtle and realistic portrayal of love, marriage, and divorce. In 2007, Lee Ha-na was cast in her first lead role in Merry Mary as Hwang Me-ri. Her co-stars in the drama were Ji Hyun-woo and Lee Min-woo. The story was about a peculiar romance between a mediocre singer and a failed novelist. In the same year, she made her big-screen debut in Le Grand Chef as Jin-su, a pretty and energetic reporter. In 2017, Lee Ha-na starred in OCN’s drama Voice, as a policewoman with an enhanced sense of hearing. The drama was a big hit, and recorded as the highest rated dramas in Korean cable television history. However, due to the excessive violence shown in the drama, OCN changed the viewing rating from 15+ to 19+ in order to make the story as realistic as possible.
