Kwon Hae-hyo is a South Korean actor who has appeared in several popular movies and dramas. He was born on November 6, 1965 in Seoul, South Korea. He is a veteran actor whose works are popular in society.

Hae-hyo is an activist. He is reported to have joined several organizations, such as the Unite Our People Movement Headquarters, the Abolish the Family Registry and Create Family Equality Organizations, the Cultural Alliance for Peace at Daechuri, and the Minkahyup Human Rights Group.

He has been active as an actor since 1990. He graduated from Hanyang University, having majored in Theater and Film. He is popular for his acting in My Fair Lady (2003), My Lovely Sam Soon (2005), Lie To Me (2011), and many more.
