Kim Hyang-gi’s business in 2017 seems to be reflected in 2018. In 2017, Kim Hyang-gi’s name was heard because of her appearance on the drama Revenge Note, and also her appearance in the movie Snowy Road, and the highly rated Along With The God: The Two Worlds.
In 2018, the sequel to the movie series Along The God; Along The God: The Last 49 Days is set to come out on August 1st 2018. Same as in the first movie, in this movie Kim Hyang-gi stars as Duk Choon, the female protagonist of the movie alongside A-list actors such as Cha Taehyun, Ju Jihoon, Ha Jungwoo, Lee Jungjae, and Kim Haesook. This movie also stars the idol turned actor EXO’s Kyungsoo, more commonly known as D.O.
Adding to her business, she is in talks of becoming the main character of a 2019 movie entitled Witness. The rumor of her becoming a part of that cast started in April, and her and Jung Woo Sung are positively considering taking the role.
