Jihae made her debut as a GIRL’S DAY member in July 2010. The group officially released their first debut project “Tilt My Head” with five members including Jihae, Jisun, Jiin, Sojin, and Minah. It was followed by the release of GIRL’S DAY’s first EP Girl’s Day Party #1 only two days after their debut.

GIRL’S DAY’s members have changed since Jiin and Jisun left the group not long after their debut. Jihae, Sojin, and Minah continued their careers with GIRL’S DAY and met with two new members, Yura and Hyeri. The group also released other singles such as “How About Me,” “Nothing Lasts Forever,” “Twinkle Twinkle,” “Hug Me Once,” and many more!

“Twinkle Twinkle” also became one of their most successful songs since it entered the top ranks on Melon’s Chart and other annual charts. GIRL’S DAY held their first overseas concert in May 2011 in Taiwan.

In 2012, GIRL’S DAY’s popularity was increasing even more after their EP Everyday 2 was released on April 17, 2012. Aside from that, Jihae also released her duet single with Jiin which was a Christmas song titled “Loving You.” Unfortunately, it also marked the last project completed by Jihae in the group since the agency later revealed that Jihae was leaving the group due to personal matters.
