From Hong Jin-young to CNBLUE’s Yonghwa; Here Are The Guests With Most Appearances On SBS’ ‘Running Man’!

Son Na-eun

Son Na-eun is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and actress. The idol who was born on February 10th, 1994, is best known as a member of the South Korean girl group Apink. Besides being active as a famous idol singer, Na-eun also often appears on variety shows such as Running Man.

Naeun’s appearance is even more frequent in new episodes after there were additional new members in 2017, Jeon So-min and Yang Se-chan. Na-eun was deliberately invited because according to rumors circulating that Yang Se-chan really likes the beautiful girl and they are often paired as a team. Na-eun appears in episodes 162, 202, 203, 356, 357, 360, 361, and 424.

Jung Yong-hwa

Jung Yong-hwa is a South Korean musician, singer, songwriter, producer, and actor. He debuted as an actor with his first role as Kang Shin-woo in the Korean drama You’re Beautiful on October 7th, 2009, and played the male lead Lee Shin in the 2011 drama Heartstrings. Prior to his debut as an actor, Jung Yong-hwa had formed the pop-rock band CNBLUE along with several other members. He is also the leader, lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the rock band. The group formally debuted on August 19th, 2009, with Now or Never. They gained stardom after releasing their hit “I’m a Loner.” In January 2015, Yong-hwa debuted as a solo artist with the album One Fine Day and clinched the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s World Albums chart.

Yong-hwa has been on the variety show Running Man so many times that the Running Man members do not even treat him as a guest anymore and call him as a Super Guest or Idol Ace. Yong-hwa has indeed been considered as “family” by Running Man members because he has often appeared since the beginning of Running Man episodes in 2010. Furthermore, everyone feels like he is a regular and he has publicly acknowledged that had he not been so busy with tours and other CNBLUE commitments, he would gladly be a permanent part of the show.

Under the disguise of a stamping mission, all of the Running Man members had to visibly smear ink on Gary without him realizing they are all in on it. If Gary figures it out, he will earn a Running ball. If he does not realize it, the rest of the Running Man members will earn Running balls.
