Romantic Doctor is a drama that aired on SBS with a total of 20 episodes. The drama is written by Kang Eun-kyung and directed by Yu In-Sik and Park Soo-Jin. Han Suk-Kyu plays the lead role in this drama as Teacher Kim or Boo Yong-Joo. The story began when two young doctors named Cha Eun Jae (Lee Sung Kyung) and Seo Woo Jin (Ahn Hyo Seop) were transferred to the Doldam Hospital (RS). The two young doctors had different background problems before. Cha Eun Jae is a beautiful and smart lung surgeon. Because of this intelligence, he was always in the elite student ranks throughout his life.

However, he had trauma that caused him to get into trouble and was transferred to the regional hospital, namely Doldam Hospital.
Meanwhile, Seo Woo Jin is a young surgeon who has a cynical and skeptical attitude about everything. This attitude made him unable to get close to his comrades. Because of a senior who didn’t like him, he was finally fired from the main hospital and transferred to Doldam Hospital.
