A.C.E stands for (Adventure Calling Emotions; 에이스).  The group is a new, rookie boy-band from Beat Interactive. The group has 5 handsome members, Donghun, WOW, Jun, Jason and Chan. The members of A.C.E have all trained at large agencies such as YG Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, and Jellyfish Entertainment.

A.C.E officially debuted on May 23, 2017, by launching a single titled “Cactus” on SBS MTV’s The Show. A.C.E has a fan club called “Choice” (초이스).

A.C.E’s Career



Jun became a trainee at Jellyfish Entertainment with VIXX for a short time before becoming a trainee for three years with CJ E & M. He appeared in the 4th season of I Can See Your Voice in episode 7. Donghun competed in the Superstar K5 with the group Plan B, but was eliminated during the TOP8 and also appeared in the I Can See Your Voice 4th season in episode 4, where he won in the episode and was praised by JB from Got7 as well as the audience. Wow became a trainee at YG Entertainment at the age of 19 with Winner. He then moved to CJ E & M where he met Jun and Donghun. Jason participated in K-pop Star (season 1) but was eliminated during the final round of casting. Jason also became a trainee at JYP Entertainment, along with Chan.

2017 – Present: Debut And Survival Program

On May 23, 2017, A.C.E released their debut digital single album “Cactus”. They started their official debut stage at The Show on the same day. On September 18, 2017, it was announced that Jun joined the KBS The Unit event. Chan was later announced to be joining, as well. A.C.E released their second single album “Callin” on October 19, 2017. Jun and Chan auditioned for The Unit and successfully passed the audition, each receiving 4 boots.

Donghun, Wow, and Jason participated in MIXNINE’s survival event, where they passed the audition and received praise from Yang Hyun-suk for their appearance and ability. When the event ended, two of the three members were included in the men’s group TOP9: Jason (4th) and Donghun (8th), while Wow placed 11th, overall. It was revealed that the men’s group won the event with a score of 8.114, and will make their debut.
