Fiestar’s Music Video

Debuting on August 31st, 2012, Fiestar released their first music video titled “Vista” with a very unique concept. At the beginning of the music video, you can see a funny scene when Cheska is flying inside the house then continues to a place where there are several heroes and action figures gathered.

Next, several other members appeared with their individual magic power until the six members gathered in the center room and danced together to the upbeat song. The choreography that is carried out is also very cheerful with the powerful vocal characters of each member.

Debut Stage

Not only they released a music video to make their debut, but Fiestar also got the opportunity to hold their debut stage on several music programs broadcast on television. In September 2012, Fiestar did a performance with “Vista” on MBC’s Music Core. The members looked very energetic when performing the “Vista” choreography wearing the simple outfits that were worn in the music video.

Stage Performances

Before officially debuting, Fiestar had a single titled “Sea Of The Moonlight” which was also a collaboration single with IU. In an episode of Arirang Radio K-Pop, Fiestar were there as guest stars and sang the song live on the radio broadcast. As a form of promotion, Fiestar sang the song playfully to introduce the group to new fans who were listening to the radio.

After debuting with “Vista”, Fiestar embarked on their very first comeback stage by releasing “We Don’t Stop” as their next song. With this song, Fiestar promoted their comeback by being present in one of the episodes of Show Music Core which aired on January 10th, 2013. Looking a little different from before, Fiestar members were seen with a futuristic concept and also wearing more detailed outfits than before with gold and black accents.

On November 9th, 2013, Fiestar made their next comeback by releasing “I Don’t Know” as their newest single to be promoted at the time. Fiestar had a different concept from before, now the 6-member group appeared on stage wearing an all-pink outfit from top to bottom. The members looked very cute and sexy in this comeback. Beside that, the choreography which was accompanied by some male backup dancers seemed to enliven the performance giving a more cute and playful impression at the same time.

On July 9th, 2014, Fiestar released their comeback with a new line-up, which comprised 5 members, after Cheska announced that she was leaving before her comeback with “One More”. In the comeback stage that was held at MBC’s Show Champion, fans could also see another concept that was brought by Fiestar. The members looked sexier with minimal outfits and also showed off their long legs. Beside that, their choreography of “One More” also looked sensual with some male dancers appearing and it was like doing dance moves by touching each other.

On April 9th, 2015, Fiestar held another comeback stage by performing with “You’re Pitiful”. This concept is almost the same as the previous comeback because it still maintains a sexy concept, but this one looks more mature and shows a woman’s side that is disappointed in her relationship. Beside that, the choreography that is carried out with this song can be said to be unique and different because the members dance with male dancers who use benches as props on the stage when dancing.

On March 10th, 2016, Fiestar made a comeback by bringing “Mirror” in one of the episodes that aired on Mnet’s M Countdown. The “Mirror” chant sounded almost the same as the previous song with a medium tempo. It’s just that in this comeback, there were no male dancers who usually appeared in the middle of a performance, then the position was replaced by a female dancer who danced to follow the original dance moves. There is only one expression while the members perform “Mirror” on the stage while looking at the audience without any smile at all as depicting sadness, but they still look gorgeous as well.

On June 9th, 2016, Fiestar made their final comeback with “Apple Pie” in one of the episodes broadcast on M-net’s’ M Countdown; the members were seen wearing different and colorful outfits. In this comeback, Fiestar seem to want to provide a new color for fans to enjoy.

With a medium tempo song but with a very cheerful aura on the stage, the members also gave a fresh appearance just like a princess, with a big ribbon on the head, different dresses, and a few accessories. It seems a bit strange to see their concept that has changed 90 degrees from the previous one which looks mature and sensual, but “Apple Pie” provided a new color on their journey.

Well, that was all the information about Fiestar and their career journey. Initially, we got to know Fiestar with 6 members and they had a good existence since they debuted. Gradually, Fiestar began to pursue their success by releasing several songs that could be said to portray the image of Fiestar well and they could become a different girl group than the others. However, who would have thought that Fiestar turned out to have a quite dark past?

Nevertheless, it would be nice if we continue to support each member who is starting her new career at the moment and give positive comments so that whatever they face can be passed well.
