Xiumin will be the first of the EXO members to undergo military service. The certainty about Xiumin’s conscription was revealed by his agency, SM Entertainment, on Tuesday, April 9, 2019.

“I plan to make time for us together so that I can say that directly to you. CBX will have a concert (in Japan), and will come back after the concert has finished successfully, so please wait a moment,” he wrote.

In this letter, Xiumin also gave his promise that he would return to health.
