In every episode the characters are involved in a variety of tensions. For example, Lee Hae-seong (played by Kim Young-kwang) sent more blood to help people in need and was attacked by a stranger who wanted to steal his motorbike. After the incident, the director of Mirae Hospital did their best to make his life turn into a mess.

Lee Hae-seong (played by Kim Young-kwang) and Jung Ddol-mi (played by Jung So-min) play two of the lead roles, as medical workers who teamed up to help people after the earthquake.
