Day6 Turn You Into a ‘Zombie’ in Their Comeback!

Day6’s Jae Gave Fans an Update Regarding His Condition

Regarding the news on May 10, 2020, when JYP confirmed that Day6 had to cancel their group activities due to some members’ mental health problems, a few days later Jae himself gave updates to fans about his current condition.

Jae, who usually is always active on his social media accounts, such as Twitter and Instagram, hadn’t posted anything lately. But then he posted a tweet saying that he’s getting better, and, of course, can’t wait to meet you all in the future!

Not only that, few days after his first tweet, Jae shared a screenshot of a chat between him and JYP or Park Jin-young, the founder of JYP Entertainment. The kind words from JYP will definitely melt your heart!

On the tweet that posted on May 20, 2020, Jae wrote “Our Leader” showing how proud he is of the PD-nim, JYP, and of their agency.

We’re so glad that Jae is now in a better condition. He’s also surrounded by people who love and care for him. Take as much rest as you need, Jae! You can always come back when you’re ready. Until then, we’ll always be here.

All of Day6’s New Songs Entered Charts on Their First Day

It was such a shame that Day6 couldn’t promote “Zombie” on Korean TV programs, but that doesn’t mean it got drowned out by other songs. The song climbed up to the peak of the chart on some music streaming apps, such as Melon, Genie, Bugs, etc., just after it was released. Not only “Zombie,” but also other songs from the mini-album “The Book of Us: The Demon.”

The power of My Day! Even when Day6 couldn’t promote the song just as any other artist, Day6 still managed to do well in the charts. Then again, Day6’s songs are great and easy listening, so of course people would love them. Great job, Day6 and My Day!

Within this achievement, Day6 said thank you to fans through their social media and fan site update.

Ah, seeing them posting on their social media like that just makes us want to see Day6 soon. Can’t wait for them to come back!

Day6 Members’ Activities

Even though Day6’s group activity has been postponed for an indeterminate amount of time, some members, like Young K, Won-pil, and Do-woon, are still having some individual activities to heal fan’s sadness because of missing the group. For example, Young K was promoted to be a regular DJ on Idol Radio with Youngjae of Got7 since May 10, 2020.

Young K and Youngjae had Wonpil, Do-woon, Jinyoung of Got7, and Bambam of Got7 as their first guests. Since all of them are teammates and labelmates, they were not awkward with each other, and the episode went really well.

Young K, Wonpil, Jinyoung, Bambam, and Youngjae, who have been trained for a long time in JYP Entertainment, showed to fans the iconic basic dance lesson in JYP for their trainees. You can check it out here!

It’s so fun to see Day6 members on a reality show. Hopefully, we can see Day6’s full team once again as soon as possible! Can’t wait to see the live performances of Day6 songs from “The Book of Us: The Demon” that have been loved by a lot of people, especially My Days. Until then, please be well and come back stronger, Day6!
