Bora was the third Cherry Bullet member that was announced by FNC Entertainment. She was announced in October, two months after announcing Yuju and Jiwon. Bora debuted in January 2019 and she was responsible as Cherry Bullet’s main vocalist.
She occasionally appeared on radio programs and competed with other girl group vocalists in tvN’s V1. In 2020, she participated in the web drama An Anti-celebrity and sang the drama’s OST Part 1 “Want It.”
Cherry Bullet’s Bora’s Appearance in BTS’ Highlight Reel
Bora joined fellow Cherry Bullet member, Yuju, and other idol trainees in BTS’ Love Yourself Highlight Reel. In the MV series, Bora appeared in the most scenes compared to other girls. BTS’ V prevented Bora when she tried shoplifting in a convenience store. Upon finding out about her intention, she waited outside of the store. Meanwhile, V paid for all the items that she took secretly. She grabbed all the items from V’s hands and left without saying anything.
Fans noticed the height difference between V and Bora. Bora’s petite frame and V’s tall figure made them an excellent combination. From Bora’s point of view, looking at V’s height can make their heart fluttered.
In other scenes, the two of them become closer and Bora ends up following V. Gradually, Bora is opening herself up and her image changes from a cold and fierce image to a slightly more normal image. It turns out that V is also prone to vandalism. Both of them run away when the police find out about his acts.
Bora met fellow Cherry Bullet member Yuju on the shooting set and they became close friends.

In an early episode, prior to the final ranking, she gathered 19.365 and ranked 11th. Unfortunately, she lost to Sonamoo’s High.D and failed to proceed to Episode 2. In the first episode, Bora and High.D performed Im Chang-jung’s “A Cup Of Soju.”
