Bob Girls’ Debut Era

Dahye is the main vocalist, with a unique voice that freely uses the middle and high notes, especially high notes, and Danbi has a clear and soft voice. It seems that the other two members still need more practice for singing.
As soon as they debuted, they even filmed a reality show titled Training the Tomboy Girl Group ‘Bob Girls’ that was aired on MBC.
They also held a debut showcase which showed many people their concept and their debut performance with short hair was held at Bear Hall in Samseong-dong, Seoul.
Bob Girls’ Music Video
Bob Girls released their debut song on June 10th, 2014, under the title “No Way” (Hangul: 노웨이). This song is also a track from The 1st Single Album which has four songs, including “No Way” as the lead track. The song sounds sad with the music video setting taking place in a house with a classic interior and also in the middle of a street surrounded by tall buildings creating an even more sensual effect.
The four members of Bob Girls also seem to be in harmony with having short hair, but only Bob Girls’ Dahye had blonde hair during the debut era. Beside that, each member also wears bandana accessories such as rabbit ears and displays their sexy and cute concept at the same time.
Bob Girls’ Debut Stage

Music Core and staged the new song “No Way”. On this day, they appeared in strong costumes with outstanding legs, expressing the heart of a girl singing about a broken heart in a sad and sexy way.

Bob Girls’ Latest News
Bob Girls who had just debuted and were still considered rookies at that time under the management of Chrome Entertainment, officially disbanded. Even though the age of Crayon Pop’s ‘sister’ girl group had not yet reached one year since they first debuted in June 2014.
The health problem of one of the personnel was the reason for the disbandment of the “No Way” singer. She is Jina who was diagnosed with encephalitis (inflammation of the brain). Jina could not continue her career in the entertainment industry.
Jina’s illness itself did not come recently. But not long after their debut in June, it was found that there was swelling in Jina’s brain caused by a viral infection. Indeed, in most cases, this disease is not dangerous. But the hectic activities as an artist will be very tiring for Jina and her health.
The management itself announced on February 24th, 2015, that Bob Girls will not continue singing activities with three members. They officially disbanded and the rest of the members, namely Yujeong, Dahye, and Danbi will move to other career paths.
Danbi and Dahye re-debuted again in a girl group called Love Us around July 2015, but they disbanded after one single, and there was news that Yujeong would join a girl group under GH Entertainment, but then she left GH Entertainment when there was no progress. So far, there is no news yet about it or further information.
After changing her stage name to Migyo, Dahye is the most active while showing various cover videos on YouTube. In fact, only Migyo, who became independent as a solo member, is currently active. The possibility of a reunion will change depending on Jina’s physical condition, but right now, it doesn’t even seem like a possibility.
