ASTRO’s Comeback with their Sixth Mini-album, ‘Blue Flame’!
ASTRO is a South Korean boy-group that debuted in 2016 under Fantagio Entertainment. The members of Astro were known as iTeen Boys while training as part of ‘Fantagio iTeen‘. The group has 6 members, namely Jinjin, MJ, Cha Eun-woo, Moonbin, Rocky, and Yoon Sanha.
The group’s name and members were announced in August 2015. That month, they starred in a web drama series titled To Be Continued. The web drama featured the members as themselves, as well as Kim Sae-ron, Seo Kang-joon, and Hello Venus. Astro’s debut extended play, Spring Up, was released on February 23, 2016, featuring the title track “Hide & Seek”. After announcing their comeback plan on October 31, through the official Twitter account for Fantagio Entertainment (@fantagiomusic_), Astro shared their comeback schedule plan.
On November 4, 2019, ASTRO announced the date of release and the concept of their comeback.

On November 6, 2019, ASTRO released title track poster ‘Blue Flame’. On the poster, it stated that the members contributed on the composition of this song.
On November 12, Fantagio Music posted the following statement on ASTRO’s fan cafe:
Hello. This is Fantagio Music.
We thank [ASTRO’s fans] AROHA who are always giving ASTRO so much love, and we inform you that member Moonbin will be halting activities temporarily.
Recently, while preparing for ASTRO’s comeback album, Moonbin felt something was wrong with his health so he visited the hospital and received a thorough examination. As it is the doctor’s opinion that he needs sufficient rest and treatment, it’s been decided that he will be halting group promotions temporarily.
Moonbin will be recovering his health and focusing on treatment while taking a rest for the time. Until Moonbin recovers his health, ASTRO will be carrying out activities such as ‘2019 ASTRO JAPAN FANPARTY’ as five members with MJ, JinJin, Cha Eun Woo, Rocky, and Sanha.
We ask for your understanding as he is halting his activities temporarily so that he can promote with better health in the future, and we promise to support Moonbin and do our best so that he can recover.

On November 8, 2019, ASTRO revealed the tracklist for their upcoming mini-album ‘Blue Flame’. The teaser image above reveals a worn, blue surface with the songs “Blue Flame”, “Gob Stop”, “All About You”, “When the Wind Blows”, and “You’re My World”. JinJin and Rocky wrote the rap lyrics for all the tracks, and Rocky also wrote the lyrics for “When the Wind Blows”.

On November 17, 2019, ASTRO dropped a highlight medley for their sixth mini-album, BLUE FLAME.
On November 18, 2019, ASTRO has revealed a music video teaser for their upcoming title track “Blue Flame.”
MV Released and Comeback Stage
After making the fans impatient for their comeback with this mini-album, on November 20, 2019, ASTRO finally released their music video for ‘Blue Flame’.
Through the ASTRO Youtube channel, they shared a brand-new music video titled ‘Blue Flame’. All members looked stunning and charismatic in this comeback, and made us fall even more in love with them. The music video has been watched more than 9 million times, and not a few of the viewers praised the visuals of the members in this music video.
Even though Moonbin was not part of this comeback, ASTRO continued to perform professionally and impressively, with several members replacing Moonbin’s part temporarily, for the duration of his hiatus.
