Jun Kwang Ryul is an actor from South Korea who was born in 1959 on February 11. He studied music at Chukye Art University, but his ambition later switched to an acting career. He first began acting in 1988 when he appeared on the television show Mt. Jiri. Then, five years later, he played a part on his second show, which was called Stormy Season. He is best known for his acting in Hur Jun, Jumong and King of Baking, Kim Takgu. Mostly,he appears as a wealthy man with authority or control over many things. His acting skills have earned him many awards, mostly for TV series, such as the 2013 SBS Drama Awards: Top Excellence Award, Actor (Passionate Love), 2012 MBC Drama Awards: Golden Acting Award, Actor (Lights and Shadows, Missing You), 2011 SBS Drama Awards: Excellence Award, Actor in a Special Planning Drama (Sign, Warrior Baek Dong-soo).

In 1995, actor Jun married actress Park Soo-jin, who is 10 years his junior. But the age gap didn’t become a barrier to prevent this couple from having a happy family. Their little family has a son named Jun Dong-Hyuk.
