She was nominated as Best Young Actress at KBS Drama Awards in 2010. Three years later, she was nominated in the same category and same award show, but unfortunately she didn’t win.

In 2017, she was nominated as Best Actress in a One-Act/Special/Short Drama at KBS Drama Awards because of her acting skill in Waltzing Alone. Up until now, Moon Ga-young hasn’t got her first win yet but let’s hope she will get her first win this year.
