Before she debuted in drama, Ko began her acting career on the big screen (movies). She has starred in five titles of movies. She began her career through a movie called A Sailor Went to Sea in 2011. In 2012, she appeared in Don’t Click and was acting as young Chun-ah in Natural Burials (Theatrical Release).
In 2014, Ko was acting as Choi Mi-jin in Tabloid Truth. Her latest movie was The Silenced where she was acted as Shizuko, a young girl who is transferred to a mysterious boarding school where several students have gone missing.

Ko Won-hee’s Appearance in Music Videos

Ko Won-hee has starred in three music videos since her debut. She was chosen as a model for B1A4’s “Only Learned Bad Things” MV. In 2012, she appeared on Ne;MO’s “Such a Man” MV. In 2013, she appread in 2AM’s “One Spring Day” MV.

Within seven years after her debut, Ko has been nominated in several awards shows. She was nominated for the Excellence Award and Actress in a Daily Drama at 29th KBS Drama Awards for her acting in The Stars Are Shining. She received her first drama award at the 10th Korea Drama Awards, where she won as Best New Actress because of her appearance in Strongest Deliveryman.

Ko Won-hee Dating Her Co-star Lee Ha-Yool

Ko Won-hee met Lee Ha-yool through a drama called The Stars Are Shining. The drama was aired from August 2015 to February 2016. On November 2015, the couple was rumored to be dating but Lee Ha-yool’s agency denied it and claimed that they were only friends.

But on June 9, 2016, Ko Won-hee announced that she is dating her co-star Lee Ha-yool. She reported that they had been together for 8 months. She also said that she already notified her agency that she would announce the relationship. She stated that her parents also suggested that she should announce it.
The couple is still dating to this day. Let’s hope for the best for them both.
