Who’s Ladies’ Code?

Ladies’ Code (Korean: 레이디스 코드) is a South Korea girl group formed by Polaris Entertainment. Ladies’ Code made their debut on March 7, 2013, with the mini-album Code#01. Their debut stage was on Mnet’s M!Countdown with their title track “Bad Girl”. Originally, the group consisted of five members, the leader Ashley, Sojung, EunB, RiSe, and Zunny. On the morning of September 3, 2014 (local time), Ladies’ Code was involved in a fatal car accident on their way to Seoul. The tragic accident ended up with EunB passing away. Four days later, RiSe also passed away.

Ladies’ Code’s fandom name is Lavely, which means ladies + lovely.

The van transporting the ladies and their entourage had its back wheel fall off. Because of that tragic accident, EunB passed away. Four days later, RiSe also passed away. After that, Ladies’ Code went on hiatus.
