Monsta X, From Rookies To K-Pop Stars !
Monsta X, a boyband group who debuted in May 2015, are popular as a rookie boy band. They were born from a survival show created by their label Starship Entertainment. Actually, in the show existing male trainees vied against each other to debut in a new boy group or boy band group. In March, Monsta X released their first studio album and final part of what they call “The Clan” series, The Clan Pt. 2.5 : The Final Chapter and other. Monsta X signed with Mercury Tokyo too and debuted with single “Hero” in Japan for the first time.

Monsta X Dress All Team !
The Monsta X Members always show off their hip hop swag in every photoshoot, including the photoshoot in “The Bling” Magazine. As you can see from the photos, we already knew that MONSTA X shows a hip hop side. So they chose black and white to represent and express their group. But this is not always the case, sometimes Monsta X chooses other colors for performances and TV show, or for other photoshoots.
In the photo, the boys are chilling in the streets wearing casual, sporty clothing or street style. Sometimes, they use formal suits for fan meetings or for grammy events. Despite the hot weather, the members were said to be filled with energy and were considerate to all staff members. So let us see about other styles worn by MONSTA X’s members.
Monsta X Wonho’s Fashion, So Stylish!
Wonho was the 5th trainee announced as a member of Monsta X (after survival TV show “No Mercy”). Before debuting as a kpop star, he used to exercise a lot, which makes sense if you see Wonho’s body in every one of his photoshoots. He always uses open clothes. He was motivated to work out by his friend who is a bodybuilder and health trainer.
You can see his ABS too with simple white shirt like this. Wonho likes shirts that show his muscle off (stay strong fans!!!)

Shownu Monsta X, Cool Style !
Shownu is the oldest member of Monsta X and is considered the father of the group. He was inspired by the artist Rain. Also, Shownu was a trainee under JYP for two years. First, he was a member of Starship’s NUBOYZ and now Shownu has a close relationship with Soyou of Sistar and says that he wants to collaborate with her someday.

Minhyuk Monsta X, Charismatic Boy !
Minhyuk is the one moodmaker boy in Monsta X. Minhyuk has a husky voice that’s really unique. His ideal type of girl is chubby with fair skin. Other than that, Minhyuk’s favorite drinks are cola and cafe latte. Before this, Minhyuk was rejected three times before he got to debut in Monsta X.
We know why Minhyuk is called as charismatic boy right ?
Other than a charismatic style, he has a cute face with his style that is… black clothes.
Minhyuk always performs with blonde hair, and people think blonde looks better and suits him.
Minhyuk has a catching style too with heart patterns and a unique hat.
Kihyun Monsta X, Cutest Boy ever!
Kihyun is considered the mother of the group and often nags. All producers said that he is quite talented, as he can play the piano and guitar plus write lyrics and songs. Kihyun is called mother for a reason; He can cook well and is considered the best cook out of all of them. Kihyun hopes he could collaborated with IU.
Because Kihyun is cutest member, he is always using cute style~
With black monsta x style, Kihyun looks mature but he’s still cute in other styles.

Even in a black leather jacket, Kihyun never wants to change his hair color. With glasses, he’s looking way cooler.

Hyungwon Monsta X, A Manly Member
Next we have HYUNGWON!!! Hyungwon is known for his uniquely handsome looks. So it make sense if many people think that he’s had plastic surgery. He is also a former ulzzang and model. Hyungwon was a pretty successful face and voice model before debuting with Monsta X. He walked on runways for W Hotel and CeCi too.
even with a casual sweater, he still looks manly and charming.
Many fans say that Hyungwon looks good when he smiles, but many fans like hyungwoon with a cool style.
He is a model, so he looks charming in every unique style.

Jooheon Monsta X, A Smiley Boy!
Jooheon prefers a cute image over a manly one. His nicknames are: Crazy Gorilla, Goo Goo, Piglet, and Majin Boo {because of his slit eyes). He is quite creative and willing to design the group’s jackets and album covers so it make sense that Jooheon is always wearing a jacket. In fashion, his style is of the hiphop genre.

Even in performances, Jooheon chooses black with a floral pattern pocket, making him even more manly.

I.M Monsta X, The Youngest One!
Back in 2014, I.M was supposed to debut with another group, but they didn’t make it. He prefers being outdoors instead of being cooped up inside, and he returned to Korea to pursue his dream of becoming a rapper.
Because he is a rapper, his style is cool and he uses a lot of black.
As a rapper, he had his own style. Look at this picture, with the leopard jacket and glasses.
Maybe because I.M is a rapper, he has different charms.
